Question:
What rated tire do I need for a 19 ft boat with 4 tires on it

The trailer manufacturer determines what load range is adequate for the trailer. However, if this information is not available then the tires on your trailer will need to be rated for the weight of your trailer with the boat loaded.
The Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM10002 has a load range B rating which is 590 lbs per tire. Since you have 4 tires on your trailer you will need to multiply the individual tire weight rating by the number of tires on your trailer as this will give you the maximum weight allowed for that particular tire and wheel setup. The maximum weight allowed for 4 of the above tires is 2,360 lbs.
If the weight of your boat and trailer is more than 2,360 lbs then I recommend upgrading to a load range C tire like the Kenda K371 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM10004 which has a maximum weight rating of 745 lbs per tire or 2,980 lbs for a trailer with 4 tires.
If the weight of your trailer and boat is more than 2,980 lbs then I recommend upgrading to a larger size tire as 745 lbs is the highest rated load range we have for a 4.80/4.00-8 trailer tire.
I have attached a review video of each tire for you as well.
