The support brace is included with the Camco Oak Accents RV Countertop Extension # CAM43421.
Since this item comes from Camco with shrink-wrap type packaging, rather than its own carton, it is possible that during shipment rough handling from the carrier may have causes this metal part to tear through the clear plastic shrink-wrap. It may very well simply be in the bottom of your etrailer shipping carton. Please check through the packing material; it will likely be there.
This item also includes the 6 screws needed for installing the hinge as well as the 4 screws for installing the brace part. The pull ring on the brace allows for easy release to let the extension drop down when not needed.
If you also need a cutting board for meal preparation you might like the Camco Hardwood RV Stovetop Silencer and Cutting Board # CAM43753. This includes a flexible cutting mat.
