How Much Vertical Space is Needed for Mounting Bracket on Camco Countertop Extension

How far down from the countertop will the mounting bracket be for this extension?

The long piano hinge for Camco Oak Accents RV Countertop Extension # CAM43421 is approximately 1 inch tall overall so the half that would attached to the mounting surface is 1/2 inch tall. If the countertop overhangs the cabinet below it you can mount it to the bottom of the overhang should you need to.
