Im trying to decide between the two hitches available between the 2014 Lexus IS, which are the Draw-Tite #24943 and the Curt #C11389. Do you know which one will sit higher to the bumper? Its been tough trying to find good comparative photos of them.

As you mentioned in your question, there are two trailer hitches available that are confirmed to fit your 2014 Lexus IS 350; the Draw-Tite # 24923 and the Curt # C11389. These are both Class I trailer hitches that will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and the same 2,000 pound towing and 200 pound tongue weight capacity. These two hitches are also extremely similar with regards to their physical design and where they will mount beneath your Lexus IS 350. There really is no difference between the two models in terms of their mounting location on the vehicle.
Between the two models, I recommend going with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24923. This is because unlike Curt, Draw-Tite does not require you to use additional stabilizing straps for non-trailer loads, such as bike racks and cargo carriers.
