Recommended Tow Dolly for 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman John Cooper Works Edition

Question:

Is there an adjustment or alteration I can make to have a baseplate fit a 2009 to 2011 Mini Clubman - John Works trim? Why doesnt it work?

We do not have a fit from any of our manufacturers for baseplates confirmed to fit your 2009 Mini Clubman John Cooper Works model. They haven't had any to test fit, so with the knowledge that it has a longer wheel base and thus changes made to the frame they can't confirm a fit without testing.

My recommendation to tow it behind your motorhome is to use the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1. This will allow you to tow your Mini without any changes needed and it is often far less expensive than a flat towing system as well.
