Where Does Kat's Block Heater Install on 2015 Kia Soul

I have a 2015 kia soul 1.6l engine, can you tell me what part #cartridge block heater I need ? #kh11488 or kh11812 and does it come with install instructions. WHERE DOES IT GO? your description says it fits into a cavity then says do not plug in heater unless fully submerged in engine coolant. whats up?

The cartidge you are looking for to install the Kat's heater part # KH11812 is located behind the passenger side of the engine facing the rear of the vehicle. So just around the passenger corner of the engine.
It does not touch any coolant at all either. It slips in the cartridge of the block.
