We can help you select a suitable weight distribution/sway control (WD/SC) system for your Keystone travel trailer. The linked video are article are good resources you can refer to for more information.
The Keystone website shows specs for the 2017 model year of the 28BHS travel trailer as 6870-lbs dry plus a carrying capacity of 2795-lbs. Together this means a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of about 9665-lbs. Other model years of this trailer have slightly different weights as do related models with slightly different equipment.
In general, a properly-loaded trailer will have its tongue weight (TW) be 12 to 14-percent of its GVWR. For the trailer above this would mean that when loaded its TW should be between 1160-lbs and 1350-lbs. We'll use 1200-lbs of TW as a guide to select a system. We do offer a handy scale that makes short work of measuring your trailer's fully-loaded TW, part # e99044.
The linked page displays systems that are suited to your loaded TW and that work with electric brakes like those on your Keystone, that include the shank and that allow you to back up the trailer.
I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37140ET. This works well over a TW range of 1000- to 1400-lbs so it is well-suited to your trailer. It is also all-inclusive, including even a hitch ball. Another nice feature of this system is that its frame spring bar brackets are smaller than many, making them easier to fit on the trailer tongue. All you might care to add is a thin-walled socket like # EQ70-00-4800 or # ALL643216 to help with hitch ball installation.
