Using an offset coupler depends on the weight capacity. You can absolutely use a 9 inch offset coupler if it can handle the capacity of your 3 car trailer. We do not carry a square offset coupler, so I can't give you the part you are seeking.
The only offset gooseneck coupler we currently have is the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler - 2-5/16" Ball - 10" Offset - 24,000 lbs # BWTEXA4200. This adapter will work with a trailer that has up to that 24K capacity. Unfortunately it is only compatible with a round tube gooseneck. To make this work, you would need to replace the square tube with the Bulldog Gooseneck Coupler Outer Tube - Round - Weld On - 4-1/2" Diameter # BD0233010300 or # BD0233100300.
