Does Demco Coupler part # 12564 Come with Install Bolts

Does the coupler include the miunting bolts?

The Demco Trailer Coupler part # 12564 that you referenced does not come with mounting bolts. You would need to supply them. A local hardware store would have no problem getting you setup with nuts and bolts.
The hole diameters are 1/2 inch.
