I am assuming you are referring to a grille guard as we currently do not have a brush guard/bull bar designed to fit your 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As long as the grille guard you have is specially designed to fit your vehicle then the correct mounting brackets for the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard part # 40-0125 are the Replacement Hardware Kit for Westin Sportsman Grille Guard part # 40-012PK.
Please note, both the grille guard and mounting brackets are specific to the vehicle and will not work on other models.
