I'm not familiar with the part number you mentioned, but according to Lippert, the air pressure for Trailair pin boxes like # LC155943 range from 20 to 120 psi. Lippert does not recommend a specific air pressure because it will vary for each application.
After the pin box is installed, go ahead and hook up the trailer on level ground. There is a sticker on the front shock absorber that is used to ensure proper inflation. You should inflate the airbags until the arrows on the sticker meet the lower part of the collar on the shock absorber. I've attached a photo that should help.
Trailair stresses that it is more important that the ride level is maintained than it is to meet a specific psi. The ride level will fluctuate depending on your location. For example, if you are traveling through the desert your required air pressure will be different than if you are traveling through the mountains.
If you don't already own one, I would invest in a etrailer.com King Pin Lock # e98896 so that your trailer can't be attached to anyone else's hitch while you're out having an adventure.
