What solutions do you have for retractable step manual or electric for cargo door?

If a step was needed along one of the side doors on your 2017 Ram ProMaster 1500 you could install Carr Step for Cargo Vans - Grated Steel Platform - Galvanized - 24" Long - 500 lbs Item # CARR501090 which is a manually operated retractable step. You might be able to make it work at the back but I can't guarantee it. There aren't any electric options that will work.
Another option, if the van has a 2 inch trailer hitch, is a step such as # CARR190011 or # HE3045. If it doesn't have a hitch you could install # 75882 or # 76050 to add one.
