Question:
looking for boat trailer fenders for Escort Trailer Bayliner Boat. white plastic 13 inch tires, approx. 43 by 9 inches wide inside spread 30 inch with cutouts for lights, white in color.

There is a fender which may work for you in the Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fenders with Top and Side Steps # F008574-2.
These are white plastic fenders that are 42-5/8" long x 9-5/8" wide x 12-3/4" tall. They have an 8" wide top step and weight capacity of 300 lbs, though no cutouts for lights.
