Sounds like you are describing the LED Trailer Light Kit w 25' Wiring Harness # TL16RK. This is a great kit from a great company. Optronics electrical products, including this kit, have received great customer reviews!
The only thing that I would change when installing this kit is the quick-splice connectors. Since this will be on a boat trailer that is submerged under water the Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector # DW05744-10 will hold up much better and do an excellent job at keeping the wiring from getting to your wires once it is installed properly. Keep in mind that you will want to disconnect the wiring for your trailer from your tow vehicle before backing it into the water.
Please also note that for trailers that are over 80 inches you will need additional clearance lights, like part # MCL93RB or part # MCL84RB.
