The inner leg that actual raises and lowers the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover - Item # STC-V211 has 15 inches of travel. The bracket height when fully extended is 24 inches measured from the center of where the jack pivots to the bottoms of the tires. When fully retracted it is 9 inches. So wherever the center of the pipe the jack pivots on ends up being relative to the frame it will raise it up 15 inches at most.
