Question:
Just want to make sure Im comparing properly: Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier - Item # RR574 vs Yak FatCat4 What I see is the Rhino comes with both locks and T-channels for my Yakima JetStream bars for $. If I add locks and T-channel mounts to the FatCat, Im at about . Thats not a very difficult decision! Am I missing anything, anything compelling about the FatCat that Im not thinking about? Thanks,

Yakima is a top of the line brand that offers great racks at a price that reflects the quality. The Rhino Rack brand on the other hand comes in a much lower price with only a marginal difference in quality to be totally honest. In my opinion the Rhino Rack carriers and racks are the best value in most cases and what I normally recommend.
That being said the Ski Rack part # RR574 is a great value, BUT it does require a tool to tighten the clamps to your crossbars and the Yakima part # Y03095 uses a much easier to install and remove strap/clamp system. So basically you would be paying for a much easier to remove and install rack.
If you check out the review videos I attached for both racks you can see this difference compared.
