We do have extenders that you can use to tow a trailer or tow dolly but many extenders are designed for flat towing a vehicle with 4 wheels on the ground and not for use with a tow dolly.

Brophy extender # HE12 is rated for 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight but none that can be used to tow a trailer are rated as high as the Blue Ox extension.

The other option is to use a longer ball mount than what you have now in order to get more space between the tow vehicle and the vehicle on the dolly. Another benefit of a long ball mount is that it does not reduce the tongue weight capacity of the trailer hitch by half like an extension will. Ball mount # BM20 for example measures 13-1/4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole. It is rated for 1000/10,000 pounds. I have included a link to all of the longest ball mounts we have for 2-inch trailer hitches.
