I do have a set of rear airbags for you but the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs part # AL60817 are not a confirmed fit for your 2017 Nissan Armada.
For a set of rear airbags that are confirmed to fit your vehicle I recommending the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F4150. I went out to warehouse and measured these airbags for you and they measure 11-1/2" tall x 4-1/3" wide. As long as you have the factory rear coil springs installed on your vehicle then these airbags will work well for you.
