Is Bumper Beam Modification Needed to Install Draw Tite Hitch part # 76025

Thanks again for the installation video. I am preparing to do the installation of the 76025 on my own but have a few questions: 1 in one video which I cannot seem to find - the technician used a hammer to nock down the bumper edges there are three humps on the bumper where the technician indicated to tap down the corners slightly so the bumper does not show through the bumper cover but the current video does not make reference to that. 2 is it necessary to unhook the muffler? 3 in one video same one as question one - it indicated that the washers that are used to attach the bumper / hitch from the back vs the front were not needed... is that old information? I attached a picture that shows the modification needed to the bumper beam bracket.

Exhaust lowering is not needed to install the hitch either.

You will need to use the washers like what is shown for the install of the # 76025 on a 2016 Honda Odyssey like what is attached below.
