Question:

Yakima Rocketbox Pro 14 and 2017 CR-V. Hi, can you confirm that the hatch clearance of this setup? When I measured the clearance with the hatch open, I got 47, and the Rocketbox should have a 45inch clearance. Also, the fin antenna is a concern for me...do you know whether the box clears that? Also, Im seeing a bit of conflicting information about the internal length - posts such as https://www.etrailer.com/question-54680.html say its 64, while Yakimas site says it can accomodate skis up to 170cm or 67: https://www.yakima.com/rocketbox-pro-14

The Yakima RocketBox Pro 14 Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Black # Y07192 has external dimensions of 74" long x 33" wide x 16" tall. It does require a minimum clearance of 45 inches, so you will be good with your 47 inches. It can fit skis or snowboards up to 170 cm. The skis or snowboards would need to go under the lid support measurements listed so both measurements are accurate.

The antennae clearance depends on your roof rack system as well as the location of your antennae. We haven't had issues with any that we've test fit, but they are not always identical in location.

Another option that will work well with your clearance is the Thule Pulse Medium Rooftop Cargo Box - 14 cu ft - Matte Black # TH614. This has a clearance requirement of 42-5/8 inches and internal dimension of 63x33x14 with external dimension of 67x35x16 inches.
