I seen that someone also inquired about this replacement although it didnt say if the bolt pattern would match up exactly to bolt directly to the trailer without hardware like I want it to. My bolt pattern is 5.5inch wide and 3inch tall. those measurement are on center. Can you help

Swivel jacks fit 3x3 to 3x5 frames but none for a 5-1/2 inch frame. You would need to look at weld-on jacks such as # FTJ120W0301 or consider drilling mounting holes in your frame. If your frame isn't 5.5 inches and you just need that clearance, I recommend the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack w/ Caster - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs # FXP10. I've attached a photo with the bracket dimensions to assist.
