Question:
I have a 2012 Chevy 3500 with elite pucks in bed can I just buy goose neck to add to it ?

There is a gooseneck hitch that will work with the puck system of your 2012 Chevy 3500 and even allows the use of a fifth-wheel hitch. The Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch # RP30158-68 was made specifically for GM trucks, uses a pop-in ball, and allows for the use of a fifth-wheel hitch that fits right into the puck system, such as the Reese M5 Series # RP30921.
I have added links to video reviews of these products for you as well as a help article on the Reese kit which you may find useful.
