Will I be able to keep my spare tire under my 2002 Chevy Blazer 4 door 4x4 with the Curt 13020 hitch?

According to the installation instructions you will just raise the hitch into position and then torque down the included nuts and bolts to the specified torque rating and you will be set.
There is no mention having to modify/remove the spare tire at all. I would assume that as long as your spare tire is the original factory size tire you would have no issues with it at all installing this hitch on your 2002 Chevy Blazer 4x4 with 4 doors.
You may need the following items to complete your towing setup:
Ball Mount 3/4 inch Rise or 2 inch, part # AMSC2
Hitch Ball with 2 inch Diameter and Medium Shank # 19247
Hitch Ball with 1-7/8 Diameter and Medium Shank # 19260
Draw-Tite Wiring for the 2002 Blazer by Chevrolet # 18252 (installation video below)
