Would this work behind an RV and hold a kayak? And will it hold bikes? #63153

We have cargo carriers that are rated for use behind an RV, but the Pro Series part # 63153 that you referenced is not one of them.
Cargo carriers aren't normally used for carrying kayaks, but if you wanted to go that route a carrier with lower sides like the part # C18113 would be a better option. I attached a review video for more info on this as well.
We have ratchet straps like the part # EM34415 that you could use to secure the kayaks to the carrier.
You'd need a separate bike rack though as the carriers don't carry them as well.
