will this bumper carrier accommodate an adult tricycle ? Wheel span is 28inch on rear Wheels. It is a folding Tricycle. How much does this carrier weigh. Can it be used on the bumper of a 2017 Coachmen 21 ft Freedom Express

The Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack # S80600 that you referenced will be able to accommodate your Tricycle with the 28 inch wheel span. My contact at Swagman verified this.

Since this is a bolt-on installation I also recommend using the Cable Lock # e98891 to add some security to your setup. You can use the Erickson Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps # 05605 to help secure your Tricycle to your bike rack.

To verify if it is compatible with your 2017 Coachmen 21 ft Freedom Express you will simply need to make sure that your bumper is 4 to 4-1/2 inches of continuous welded steel and is square shaped. It is not compatible with aluminum or spot welded bumpers.
