Can this rack be used on the rear bumper of a tent trailer?

As long as your tent trailer has a 4 inch square continuous welded steel bumper, AND it has the capacity for the weight of the rack plus the bikes, then you will be able to use the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack, # S80600.
