Question:
I would like to know how these lugs can be installed without welding. Do they come with bolts and instructions for drilling through the footpad. I would like to read the mounting instructions before purchasing. Thanks.

I attached a picture that has the install instructions for the Lippert Components JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Adaptor Lug # LC314592 that you referenced to show you how it installs. They can be welded or bolted to the feet.
