Does the bandw gooseneck pin box conversion fit on a 2026 brinkley z2680 that currently has a curt helux pin box.

Hey Kevin! Yes, the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box # BW55RV will fit the 2026 Brinkley Model Z 2680. The Curt Helux only fits a Lippert Rhino bolt pattern so that makes it easy to identify. The B&W is designed for the Rhino as well so it will fit.
However, looking at the specs I believe the 3.25K TW model # BW23RV is more appropriate for the 2680. This does include safety chains so you don't need to pick them up separately.
Where are you headed with the Brinkley once you swap out the pin box?

Do both the # BW23RV and # BW55RV come with the safety chains? I'm looking at doing the same conversion on my Brinkley and want to make sure I have everything I need.

So you're saying if my Brinkley has the Helux on it I need one of the models designated to fit the Lippert Rhino?
