If your motorhome has a 4 inch continuously welded rear bumper the only solution we have for a tandem bike rack would be the Swagman bike rack part # S80605 as you could space out the trays of the rack so that it would fit each wheel well.

It looks like it should work to haul my neighbor’s long, tandem bike behind his RV. He already has that 4” bumper; so, no need of using receiver hitch.
