Trailer makers rarely maintain specs for small items like the lug nuts used in fabrication of their camper trailers but since that part is likely to be one of only a few possibilities what you can do is precisely measure the diameter of the stud it connects to and count the threads per inch (TPI).
Then you can use the linked page to select a lug nut such as # CE11050. This part happens to fit on a 7/16-inch-diameter stud and it has 20 threads per inch (20-tpi) but other sizes and thread pitches are available too.
