What is the difference between Etrailer self adjusting 10 inch brakes and Dexter self adjusting brakes?

It's basically just a brand difference. Dexter trailer brakes are often considered to be the best around so we recommend them highly, but for a great self-adjusting assembly at a lower price you really can't go wrong with the etrailer.com assemblies like the # AKEBRK-7-SA which are a 12 inch pair of assemblies for 5.2 to 7k axles.
