Question:
What is the total distance from the inside bed lip to the end of the HSAB extending outside the truck side fender? Will they interfere with camper jacks on 2012 Ram 1500?

I went out to the warehouse to take a look at the Brophy Camp On Camper Tie-Downs # HSAB referenced in your question. From the tie-down where it will clamp onto the inside of the bed rails to the outermost part of the unit, I measured a distance of right at 11-1/2 inches. I have attached an image with this measurement labeled.
As long as the jacks on your camper extend out further than this measurement, you will have no interference issues with these tie-downs. I have also attached a short video demonstration on this system for you to check out.
