I do have some options available for you however, the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # C16210 is not compatible with the Draw-Tite Underbed Gooseneck Hitches.
Unfortunately, there are not any 5th wheel adapter plates that fit the Draw-Tite gooseneck therefore, you have two options. You can use a 5th wheel to gooseneck pin box adapter like the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter part # CAB-C5GX1216 which has a 7-1/2" offset to account for turning clearance.
The other option for you is to remove your gooseneck hitch and install a set of base rails compatible with your PullRite 5th wheel hitch. In order to recommend the base rail kit for the PullRite 5th Wheel Hitch, I would need to know the model of your current 5th wheel hitch. If you can provide me with this information then I would be happy to offer my recommendation. This will be your only option if cab clearance is your main concern.
The Convert-A-Ball adapter will prove to be the most cost efficient option you have. The adapter is rated for 20,000 lbs. and will accept 2-5/16" hitch balls.
I have attached a review and installation video of the adapter for you.
