Where is the connector for the brake controller on a 2005 Lincoln Navigator located?

The connection point for the 2005 Lincoln Navigator is under the instrument panel above the brake pedal. I have attached an image to better help you see where it is located.
The harness you'll use for the Prodigy P3 is the part # 90195 is the part # 3035-P which is a confirmed custom fit.
