I suggest checking out the Fulton Round Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack # FTJ120W0301. This jack has a lift capacity of 1,200 pounds, a 10 inch lift and measures 11 inches from mounting bracket to top of jack. The outer tube diameter is 2 inches and the snap ring pilot hole has a diameter of 2.313 inches. The bracket height when retracted is 13 inches and 23 inches when extended.
If you prefer a bolt-on installation please refer to the linked page that shows you a range of bolt-on side-wind swivel jacks in various weight ratings.
If you'd like a double-duty product, both a jack and trailer mover in one, you might want to consider the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211, rated for 500-lbs of tongue weight.
This swiveling jack/trailer mover offesr 2-speed operation and can even be operated with a cordless drill by using the included drill adapter.
