Will Air Lift 1000 for 2025 GMC Acadia Fit 2025 Chevy Traverse

Updated 03/02/2026 | Published 02/18/2026

Question:

Do these fit a 2025 Chevy Traverse High Country? AWD I see they are compatible with the 2025 GMC Acadia which I believe has the same coils same part number

Hey Dennis! The Acadia and Traverse do share a lot, but the coil springs are different which means the # AL99PD will not fit your 2025 Traverse High Country. You may be able to use the universal springs like # AL60909 but you will need to measure to find the right fit.

First, unload your vehicle to make sure it's at normal ride height. Then, measure the inside height of your coil spring, which will be from the upper spring seat to the lower spring seat. Lastly, measure the inside diameter of the spring at its widest point.

Once you have your measurements, you can use the table below to choose the right kit. Since the air spring cylinder will inflate, it's okay if the cylinder is slightly undersized compared to the size of the coil spring. You will need to search for the part number once you find the best fit.

Thank you! What am I going to do about the jounce stops inside the coils? Are they easy to remove? For what it is worth: I looked at the parts diagrams for Acadia and Traverse at my local Chevy Dealership. They confirmed that it is the same coil same parts numbers and everything (the whole rear suspension assembly is the same according to them).

@Dennis that I'm not sure about, you would have to check with the dealer again. Since it is universal I don't have good information or instructions to reference on how easy it would be to remove. Interesting that they said that, I found multiple accounts of it being different, and people cross-referencing parts between them and coming up with different parts on the GM parts site. Doesn't mean that was right either but it was enough to confirm Air Lift not listing it as a fit for a reason. You can certainly give the # AL99PD a try and see what happens, I just can't guarantee it will fit.

@RobinH Thanks! Yeah, I decided to go a slightly different route, and ordered Coil Sumosprings for the traverse rear suspension. If they achieve what I hope that would be the easiest thing. :)

@Dennis sounds good, that is definitely a simpler solution. Let me know how those work out for you.
