Question:
How far is the center of the 5/8inch hole recessed from either end of the bar? I would like to determine how far the bar is going to stand out from my receiver. Thanks.

The Curt Solid Steel 2 Inch Hitch Bar, # D30, measures 12 inches long and 2 x 2 inches square.
From the center of the 5/8 inch hole to the shorter end measures 2-1/2 inches. The distance the other way measures 9-1/2 inches.
