can you tell me if a 2015 ford fusion se be flat towed?

I did some checking and it looks like the AWD versions of the 2015 Ford Fusion have to be towed on a trailer and the FWD versions can be towed but only with a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1.
Tow dollies aren't really too much more expensive than flat towing setups once you add up the cost of all the components and they are easily transferred to new vehicles as well unlike most flat towing setups.
