Outriggers and 2 Step Recommendation to Replace Broken Step of 2018 Rockwood 2280BHESP

I purchased a 2018 Rockwood 2280BHESP and during our first camping trip the steps broke from the frame welds failed. I want to replace them with a better installation with no weld if possible. Do I need some type of mounting brackets or hardware to replace 2 step manual pull out steps? Thanks.

We have outriggers like the part # LC301704 which make installing pull out steps like the Lippert Steps part # LC432682 much easier. Your appear to be broken at the weld.
The # LC301704 installs with included hardware.
