I have a horse trailer with living quarters and was wondering if I can mount your manual pull out steps

What you'd need to do is install the outriggers part # LC301704 on your trailer frame and then you'd be able to mount the steps.
You can mount the Flexco Manual Pull-Out Steps for RVs - Double - 8" Drop/Rise - 24" Wide - 300 lbs # SMFP-2100.
