Question:
Hello. I have a 1999 Shoreland'r PWC 1000 trailer. I would like to redo all of the lighting. What kit would I need that is cost effective, yet will properly fit this model trailer. I am looking for the complete wiring kit with the flat 4-wire. Thanks!

Expert Reply:
The correct kit for your Shoreland'r PWC trailer is going to depend on its width. If it is over 80 inches wide, you will want the Over 80-Inch Trailer Light Kit, # TL16RK. If the trailer is less than 80 inches wide, you will want to go with the Submersible, Under 80-Inch Trailer Light Kit, # TL5RK. Each kit is going to come with tail lights, side marker and clearance lights, a wiring harness with 4-way connector as well as the mounting hardware.
To make things easier on yourself, you may want to consider the Hopkins Wiring Kit, # HM51000, which gives you a circuit tester, connectors, ring terminals, screws, a storage case and other basics to make the wiring process go as smooth as possible.
