Which 5th wheel hitch is best for 2015 gmc 3500 dually 8ft bed, just purchased a 42ft voltage toy hauler, and I want to avoid turning radius issues .

With an 8 foot bed you're not likely to have any issues with turning clearance.
I recommend using the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W. It's one of the favorites because of how solid it is. It has dual jaws and pivoting head to improve your trailer's ride. It also installs into an underbed kit, # BWGNRK1012-5W, that's also a gooseneck hitch if you ever need it.
For a more economical option the Curt # C16245 is the most popular for your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500. It also has a dual jaw but has a 360-degree moving head by using a bearing and cushioning to absorb road shock. It installs in your truck using the install kit # C16411-204.
To make it easier to hook up the wiring to your trailer you can add a 7-way connector in the bed. Use # C56000 which is confirmed to work with your truck.
