will A trailer hitch from A 2008 chevy equinox fit on A 2014 chevy Equinox ? if not can it be made to fit without to much modifination ?

I am happy to report that the trailer hitches for the 2008 Chevy Equinox will fit the 2014 Chevy Equinox. You will just need to replace the hardware because you can't reuse the old hardware. It is meant to be torqued down just once.
For new hardware use # RHK. Enter the hitch number where indicated on the RHK page to get the right hardware.
