Can Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist RR-RUSL be Quickly Moved from One Side of Vehicle to the Other

Question:
It appears that this assist bar can be quickly removed and switched to the other side for loading another kayak. Is this correct?

I would agree with that statement. Provided that the kayak or the carrier it is placed on does not block the brackets that hold the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL to the roof rack it could be moved to the other side of the vehicle relatively quickly to load another kayak.
