Availability of Hitch Rise Adapter for Class I Hitch that Provides 2 inch Hitch Opening

Question:
Can I use MT70355 with 24848 The hitch says its class I and the adapter is class II, will it not fit? This is just for a small bike rack

We have a similar hitch adapter to the MT70355 (discontinued) that you referenced that is compatible with Class I hitches but this adapter can only be installed in Class II hitches.
Instead you would want the Brophy part # HT5R which is Class I compatible.
