How Do Lock Cores Insert into Housings of Thule T2 Bike Rack

Question:
I cant seem to get the locking mechanism or the tightening locks inserted in the proper spaces without forcing. Any tips?

Sounds like you are referring to the lock cores of the Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH23JV. What you need to do is insert the change key into the lock core before inserting the lock core into the housing of the rack.
I attached a picture of the change key for you to check out so you know which one it is.
