Can Thule Epos Bike Rack be Used at Rear of Motorhome

Question:
Your site says the EPOs 2 is not compatible with an RV. I looked at the instructions and it says it can be used on an RV but there is a 40 reduction in weight capacity if overhang from axel is over 7.5 ft. Hitches for RV market gets confusing as there are mixed signals all over the place. 40 reduction would put a weight of 45lbs per bike limit. Can you confirm or give me a better understanding. Thanks

Hey Dave, thanks for finding that and passing that on to us. You are right you can use the Thule Epos # TH49XE with a motorhome with a weight reduction just like you mentioned but not in the hitch of any type of travel trailer/camper.
The reason we got this wrong is most likely because this is a new thing for Thule bike racks. Normally Thule racks can't be used with any RV applications.
