How would you compare this product to the firestone coil rite air bags for someone with a 2011 dodge 1500 who pulls a gooseneck horse trailer occasionally?

For occasional towing with your 2011 Dodge Ram 1500, I would go with the Timbren suspension enhancement system. If you do not have a Quad Cab, use # TDR1500DS. If you do have a Quad Cab, use # TDR1500DQ (instructions linked for reference). The Firestone systems are good when you carrying varying sized loads and have to adjust the ride accordingly. But for occasional towing of the same trailer, the Timbren system would be the way to go.
