The best way to find a good replacement tire for your tow dolly is to check the sidewall of the tire that is presently on the dolly. It will have the tire size and other information about the tire stamped on the sidewall.
You also need to make sure you choose the right size tire for the wheel you have on the dolly. If you have 14-inch tires on the dolly, you will not be able to replace the tire with a 13-inch. You would need to replace the wheels as well. In order to replace both the tire and wheel you will need to know the wheel bolt pattern on the trailer hub. I have attached a link to a helpful article that explains how to determine the wheel bolt pattern.
The tow dollies we offer, like # RM-2000-1 has 14-inch tires.
If you have 13-inch tires on the dolly and need a replacement I recommend a radial tire like part # TTWTRTM1758013C. For highway use, a radial tire will run cooler and last longer than a bias-ply tire.
I have attached a link to a helpful article about trailer tires you can check out.
