You can definitely replace the torsion axle on your trailer with a Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System like the 3,500 pound # ASR3500S04 referenced in your question. Since you will be replacing your axle, the easiest way to install this system will be to install a piece of 2-inch-square tubing through the integrated hole in the Axle-Less suspension. Then you will just need to bolt the suspension to the side of the trailer's frame with three bolts. You will just need to make sure that the 3,500 pound weight capacity will be sufficient for your trailer and boat.
I have attached a demonstration video on the Timbren Axle-Less Suspension Systems for you to check out.
If you need a disc brake kit to go along with the Timbren System, I recommend the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR35D, which includes hub and rotor assemblies, calipers and mounting brackets. I have included an installation video for you to look at.
